That’s it. Mother Nature just has a cruel, wicked sense of humor.
Just as we were peeking out from our dark caves, donning our lighter jackets, picking an early daffodil here and there, preparing for Easter frolicks — BOOM! Back to winter. And on the eve of Tax Day, no less.
