Jenifer Ann Samuelson and Douglas John Daszczuk, both of Milwaukee, WI, were married June 21, 2014, at The Uptown Center for Performing Arts in Michigan City with the bride’s cousin, Nicholas Hazelgrove, officiating.
Jenifer is the daughter of Vicky and Douglas Samuelson of Rolling Prairie. She is a 2006 graduate of New Prairie High School and a 2010 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor of arts degree in criminal justice. She currently works for Hines Interests Limited Partnership on its development team in Milwaukee.
Doug is the son of Sharon and John Daszczuk of Kenosha, WI. He is a graduate of Tremper High School, Kenosha, and a 2006 graduate of The University of Wisconsin. He also attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, from which he graduated in 2011 with an MBA. He currently works for United Airlines in Chicago as a finance strategy analyst.
Jenifer was given in marriage by her father, Doug Samuelson, and her grandfather, Gene Samuelson. Maids of honor were Megan Turner of New Carlisle and Kaitlin Dinger of Indianapolis. Bridesmaids were Catherine Langford of Michigan City; Brooklyn Brown of South Bend; Nikki Samuelson, sister-in-law of the bride, of Zionsville, IN; Kara Maclean of Valparaiso; Sarah Daszczuk, sister of the groom, of New Berlin, WI; and Emily Samuelson, cousin of the bride, of LaPorte.
Best man was Patrick Touhey of Madison, WI. Groomsmen were Chad Laudonio of Milwaukee; Adam Honey of Milwaukee; Kevin Curran of Kenosha; Josh Samuelson, brother of the bride, of Zionsville; Jonathon Samuelson, brother of the bride, of Rolling Prairie; Dustin Adams of Osceola, IN; and Matthew McDonald of Kenosha.
The flower girl was Maci Nix and the ring bearer was Tyler Nix, both of New Carlisle.
A reception was held at The Silver Palace, LaPorte.
The couple honeymooned in Clearwater Beach, FL.
