South Central School 10th grader Madi Wolff has been selected Student of the Month for September. Madi, the daughter of Richard Wolff of Union Mills and Susan Carpenter of Wanatah, was selected by German teacher Zach Churney. Mr. Churney said the following about Madi: “Madi is always helpful, does her homework, is attentive in class, respects her fellow students, and she respects me. She is a student who represents the ideals of being a good citizen.”
The Student of the Month program recognizes young people at South Central who are role models, leaders, and dedicated and conscientious students. Selected students are motivated leaders and role models for the school and community, set a positive example by word, deed, and appearance, have a positive attitude, and set a positive example for academic achievement in classroom studies.
