The local chapter of the Alpha-1 Foundation invites you to join in its 2nd annual River Walk for the Cure of Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency on Sunday, Oct. 26, at Robert C. Beutter Park and Riverfront Park, 400 N. Spring St., Mishawaka.
Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency is a genetic condition that can result in serious lung disease in adults and/or liver disease at any age.
Registration time is 11 a.m. to noon LaPorte time; the walk begins at noon LaPorte time. Registration fee is $25.
