Mrs. Patricia L. Nordyke, 73, of LaPorte, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at her home.
She was born March 30, 1941, in LaPorte to James F. and Mayme (Gorlowski) Habdas.
Patricia was a retired secretary for NIPSCO.
On Nov. 17, 1961, in LaPorte, she married Thomas Nordyke, who preceded her in death April 27, 1999.
Her parents also preceded her in death.
She is survived by two sons, T.R. Nordyke of LaPorte and Michael Nordyke of Lafayette, IN; two grandchildren, Allysha and Ashley Nordyke, both of Lafayette; sister, Sandra (Richard) Haase of Stanton, IL; brother, James J. (Elizabeth) Habdas of Rolling Prairie, IN; and three nieces and one nephew.
A private graveside service will be held at Pine Lake Cemetery, LaPorte. Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LaPorte, is handling arrangements.
