Summer is fast approaching, which means it’s time for the Youth Service Bureau Summer Program! Youths going into 4th, 5th or 6th grades in the next school year are invited to join.
During the YSB Summer Program, youths will participate in recreational activities, learn life skills and character education, go on local field trips, swim at the LaPorte County Family YMCA, and much more. Youths will also go on field trips to Deep River Water Park, Albanese Candy Factory, and a Chicago museum.
The YSB Summer Program runs from June 17 to July 31 on Mondays and Wednesdays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall in LaPorte. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Cost is $80 per child.
