Autumn Rose Slater was born Oct. 25, 2014, at IU Health LaPorte Hospital to proud parents Brett and Katlyn Slater. She weighed 8 pounds and was 20.5 inches long.
Also welcoming autumn are her big sister, Leigha, and her grandparents, Kristi and John Pritz of Lakeville, IN, Tom and Cathy Koehn of Mill Creek, and Dan and Kathy Slater of LaPorte.
