Women in Leadership LaPorte County will present “Connect and Conquer Your Image on the Web” Tuesday, Jan. 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at LaPorte County Public Library, 904 Indiana Ave. The program will feature John Marx, owner/president of JM2 Webdesigners.
John will address the subject of using social media and the Web to your advantage. His presentation will cover Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and business websites; how they can all work together, and how to use them. He will also discuss how to handle your business’s digital marketing needs: what is important and the role of LinkedIn. John will also be discussing the issues of using discretion when posting on social media.
Time will be allotted for a question-and-answer period following his presentation.
