March 10, 1915 — The German Cruiser Prinz Eitel Frederick arrived at Norfolk, Va. The 326 prisoners she carried were taken in raids in southern waters and were mostly Russian and French.

March 10, 1965 — A march led by four white Catholic nuns goes out of a church and is blocked only one block from the church in Selma.

March 10, 1990 — A fight at LaPorte High School reopens the issue of how long the county can or cannot wait for a juvenile detention center.

March 10, 2005 — Plans are approved for Kiwanis Teledyne Park on the north shore of Pine Lake, including a pond, sidewalk, trees and shrubs.
