A LaPorte restaurant and a Michigan City restaurant have proven their places among the Indy big shots in a new restaurant ranking.
Yelp released its list of the top 50 restaurants in Indiana, based on the quantity of recommended reviews and the overall star rating of each business. The list was released May 14, 2015, and while the vast majority of the eateries are in or near Indianapolis, LaPorte County can hold its head high.
LaPorte’s Mucho Mas, 609 Lincolnway, earned 36th place on the list. Michigan City’s Panini Panini, 1720 Franklin St., was ranked 7th.
Other nearby restaurants on the list are Stacks Bar and Grill and Meditrina Market Cafe in Valparaiso, and Octave Grill in Chesterton.
