Bob was in San Antonio, TX, late last week to attend his daughter Julia’s graduation from basic training at Lackland Air Force Base. He scrambled for his camera when the skies turned ominous.
The people you see in the photo are U.S. Air Force airmen running for cover as the storms enshroud the base. These storms produced deadly flooding and a tornado in a nearby city shortly after this photo was taken.
