Paul Marsh introduced Suzy Vance, who spoke and showed a video about the Shirley Heinze Land Trust.
The district meeting will be July 19 at 1 p.m. in Kouts, cost $12. District Gov. Randy Greer’s Banner Night will be July 25 at Hobart Elks Club, cost $22.
Oscar Ryl-Kuchar and Paul Marsh will help with Kids Sight testing at LaPorte YMCA Childcare June 18 and at three LaPorte day cares June 19.
Ken Schnable suggested meeting twice a month on the second and fourth Mondays, with all members able to vote on issues.
The installation dinner will be June 29 at the Silver Palace, $25 per person, which will be the next meeting.
