The LaPorte Savings Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Gary A. Booth as Residential Mortgage Loan Manager, and Robert M. Zborowski, CTP, as a Commercial Lender.
Booth is a native of Niles, MI, with over 30 years of experience in the banking and mortgage lending business. Booth owned and operated his own mortgage company for many years. His company was the first privately owned mortgage broker in Indiana and Michigan to secure FHA and VA Title II Correspondent approval from HUD in 1999. In his career, Booth also managed mortgage operations, mortgage sales, and consumer and commercial lending.
Booth holds an accounting degree from Ferris State University. He served on the Southwest Michigan Board of Realtors and the South Bend/Mishawaka Board of Realtors, is past president of the Mortgage Brokers Association of Northern Indiana, and is a past member of the Niles, Dowagiac and South Bend Chambers of Commerce.
Zborowski, of Valparaiso, brings with him over 18 years’ experience in varying aspects of the financial industry. Prior to joining LaPorte Savings Bank, he served as a Treasury Management Officer for eight years. Zborowski is a Certified Treasury Professional and a Member of the Association of Financial Professionals. A graduate of Purdue University, he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Management.
