The Presbyterian Church of LaPorte invites the community to join in its Alternative Christmas event on Sunday, Dec. 1, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the church, 307 Kingsbury Ave.
This event gives community members the opportunity to give back by donating to community organizations, as well as organizations abroad.
