Participants and players in the LaPorte Park and Recreation Department Cal Ripken Baseball Rookie (ages 7-8) and Girls Softball Coach Pitch (ages 7-9) divisions should plan to attend Rally Day on Saturday at the Civic Auditorium.
The Cal Ripken Rookie division meets from 9-9:50 a.m., followed by the Girls Softball Coach Pitch division from 10-10:50 a.m.
Rally Day for both divisions will include parents meetings, posting of rosters, meetings with coaches, and distribution of practice schedules.
